Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment or dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel
To request an order cancellation, contact TKGarage through our official WhatsApp, phone number, or email as soon as possible. Please include your order number so we can verify whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you'll receive a full refund within 7 business days using your original payment method.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. If eligible, they may be returned within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.
Order Cancellation by TKGarage
TKGarage reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, payment verification issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If payment has already been received, an eligible refund will be processed within 7 business days.
