Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, contact TKGarage as soon as possible with your order number through WhatsApp, phone, or email. We'll confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Custom & Special Orders
Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has started.
